Bespoke Christmas 2017 and New Year Options
A 3-night Christmas break (24th – 27th)
At Christmas the host very often spends half the time in the kitchen. This year, let us do that job while you kick off your sling-backs and soak up the atmosphere. We will lay on everything from the tree and crackers to the log fire. You will have time to explore the beautiful surroundings and countryside or relax in a quiet corner of the house.
To help make the most of the long Christmas weekend, you can even arrive anytime on after 3pm Saturday 23rd at no extra charge if you wish and we will serve you a home cooked supper.
The main festivities commence on Christmas Eve with Champagne in the evening prior to dinner. On Christmas Day you can expect a traditional roast turkey lunch with all the trimmings, and in the evening, there will be a light buffet supper. On Boxing Day, have a lie in if you wish and indulge in a late brunch, then go for a walk or just relax. There will be a traditional buffet in the evening to set you up for your journey home the following day. If the thought of going home doesn’t appeal, why not stay an extra night for £75 per person including supper?
The house is yours for £5,500 for up to 12 people (plus 2 children) and we will even prepare the family dog a special Christmas treat. If you and your party would prefer to stay here on a purely bed and breakfast basis, we can do that too, for £3,500.
A 2-night New Year break (30th – 1st)
If you can’t get away for Christmas but you’d like to see in 2018 with your family and friends, a bespoke 2-night stay with New Year’s Eve dinner, fizz, and fireworks can be arranged at a cost of £3,000 for the whole house. We will work with you on the menu and itinerary, or you can leave everything to us to organise.
