Imaginative, fresh and local

We use the freshest local produce to create menus which change daily...
Homemade soups and pâtês, delicious racks of Welsh lamb, the finest Welsh black beef, imaginative vegetarian dishes, the freshest locally caught fish... and of course mouth watering desserts. All complemented by a bottle of wine (or two!) from our cellar.

Relax after dinner with coffee in the drawing room, garden sitting room or in the warmer months, on the south facing balcony overlooking the gardens.
